Karo Bio AB (STO:KARO) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per May 29, 2015 amounts to 689,743,550 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the recently completed acquisition of 100% of the shares in Tanomed AB and the directed new share issue of 13,480,392 shares to the shareholders in Tanomed AB.
