STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: In January 2015, the number of shares in Recipharm AB (publ) (“Recipharm”) (STO:RECI) has increased by 2,114,999 shares of series B, corresponding to 2,114,999 votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from conversion of convertible bonds issue in connection with the acquisition of Corvette Pharmaceutical Services Group, completed on 1 October 2015.
