Cepheid Reports 2013 Third Quarter Results

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cepheid CPHD today reported revenues for the third quarter of 2013 of $100.1 million, representing growth of 24% from $80.5 million for the third quarter of 2012. Net loss in the third quarter of 2013 was $1.4 million, or $(0.02) per share. This compares to net loss of $21.3 million, or $(0.32) per share, in the third quarter of 2012, which included a charge of $15.1 million, or $0.23 per share, associated with a litigation settlement.
