CEO At Top Of Total Pay List
Plug Power CEO Andy Marsh, who has improved the fortunes of the Latham fuel-cell maker, got what may be the biggest raise of any local CEO in 2014.
Marsh's total compensation package last year was $5.36 million, although most of that was in the form of stock options that are "underwater," meaning their exercise price is above the current stock price.
Shares of Plug Power were trading Friday at around $2.65, about half of the exercise price of $5.39, which Marsh was granted last summer when the stock was trading much higher.
