Celgene Corporation Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Operating and Financial Results

SUMMIT, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Celgene Corporation (NASDAQ: CELG) reported Non-GAAP net product sales of $1,241 million for the fourth quarter of 2011, a 21 percent increase from the same period in 2010. Non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of 2011 increased 38 percent to $473 million compared to $343 million in the fourth quarter of 2010. For the same periods, Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased 46 percent to $1.05 from $0.72.
