Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. Release: Prominent Physicians to Present New Arterial Calcification Research at 2013 TCT Conference

Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI) (NASDAQ:CSII), announced today that new data about the treatment of arterial calcification will be unveiled at the 2013 Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) conference in San Francisco, Oct. 27–Nov. 1, 2013. Arterial calcium is a common occurrence for the millions of patients suffering from peripheral artery disease (PAD) and coronary artery disease (CAD), and it can lead to significant complications. Calcified plaque is estimated to be present in approximately 65 percent of the population treated annually for PAD.
