Cardiologist Backs Medical Device Liability Bill
MedPage Today -- WASHINGTON -- A cardiologist who chairs an FDA advisory committee testified before Congress for the second time in four months to support a bill that would provide patients with legal recourse if they are injured by a malfunctioning implanted device.
