CardioDx Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

/PRNewswire/ -- CardioDx, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares to be sold in the proposed offering will be offered by CardioDx. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. CardioDx has applied for a listing of its common stock on The NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol "CDX".
