Cardiac Network Inc. Signs New Lease Agreement for Corporate Headquarters

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - May 07, 2010) -

Cardiac Network, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CNWI), a developer of advanced mobile medical monitoring systems, announced today that it has signed a new lease agreement for its San Francisco headquarters to move to a larger floor in the same building it currently occupies.

The business address will be 833 Market Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco CA 94103. The new office space will allow Cardiac Network to build out new upgrades to its Information Technology infrastructure, and includes an option for space to triple the capacity and size of its medical technician call center. The office location has direct access to a freight elevator inside the building for more convenient shipping and receiving of inventory.

Cardiac Network will continue to manage its infrastructure to meet its current operating requirements and enhance its long-term efficiencies related to the development initiatives for its new cardiac monitoring devices.

The move will be completed during the month of May 2010, and is expected to cause only minimal impact on operations.
