Capital Increase in Genmab A/S as a Result of Execution of a Private Placement to Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation
Copenhagen, Denmark; October 16, 2012 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announces completion of the private placement of 5,400,000 new shares of DKK 1 nominal value each in Genmab A/S at a subscription price of DKK 88 per new share to Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, raising gross proceeds to Genmab of DKK 475,200,000.
