Cantel Medical's Crosstex Subsidiary Acquires the Twist™ Prophy Angle

LITTLE FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CANTEL MEDICAL CORP., through its Crosstex International subsidiary, has further expanded its dental infection prevention and control business by purchasing the assets of Twist 2 It Inc. Twist 2 It, based in Woodside, New York, designs, markets and sells a unique, patented, disposable prophy angle for the cleaning and polishing of teeth, that eliminates the splatter of saliva, blood and other potential infectious matter. The business being acquired has pre-acquisition annual revenues of approximately $1.3 million.
