Cantel Medical To Hold Conference Call To Discuss Results For Its First Quarter Ended October 31, 2014
LITTLE FALLS, N.J., Dec. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE:CMN) will release the results for its first quarter ended October 31, 2014 on Wednesday, December 10 before the market opens, and hold a conference call to discuss the results at 11:00 AM ET.
To provide more useful information to analysts and investors, Cantel Medical will now report its net income and earnings per diluted share on both a US GAAP basis as well as on a non-GAAP adjusted basis. We believe that these non-GAAP measures will provide additional meaningful information to assist investors, shareholders and others in understanding our financial results, analyzing the performance of our businesses, and comparing our performance with other companies that also report similar measures.
Our non-GAAP adjusted basis net income will exclude amortization of intangibles arising from acquisitions, acquisition related items impacting current operating performance including transaction and integration charges and ongoing fair value adjustments, and certain other significant items impacting current operating performance (primarily related to major restructuring charges and/or atypical tax related events) when applicable. All of these non-GAAP adjustments will be detailed in the financial statements attached to quarterly earnings press releases, as well as our 10-Q and 10-K filings, with full reconciliation to US GAAP net income and prior period comparative non-GAAP results.
