Cantel Medical Announces 17% Increase In Semiannual Dividend And New Stock Symbol

LITTLE FALLS, N.J., Oct. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE: CMN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved an increase in its semiannual cash dividend from $0.06 to $0.07 per outstanding share of the Company's Common Stock. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2017.

This is the 7th consecutive year that we have increased our dividend.  The 17% increase demonstrates our strong financial position and our confidence in future performance," stated Charles M. Cantel Medical Corp. also announced today that effective December 5, 2016, its trading symbol for common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange is changing from "CMN" to "CMD".
