Cantargia: Exercise Of Warrants Of Series 2010:1

Cantargia AB (“Cantargia”) today announces that the warrants of series 2010:1 issued under a resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 10 November 2010 have been exercised. The Company thereby raises SEK 600 000.
There were a total of 3,000 outstanding warrants of series 2010:1. The holders have exercised all of their warrants of series 2010:1; each person having held 1,500 warrants entitling them to purchase 37 shares per warrant at SEK 5.41 per share. The above exercise of warrants of series 2010:1 has resulted in a dilution of approximately 0.8 per cent for existing holders. Upon registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office the total number of outstanding shares will be 13,505,874. The share capital will be SEK 1,080,469.92.
