C.R. Bard Increases Quarterly Dividend

MURRAY HILL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of C. R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE:BCR) today increased the quarterly dividend on Bard's common stock by 8 percent, to 26 cents per share. The dividend is payable on July 29, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 18, 2016. This will be the 45th consecutive calendar year in which Bard has increased its annual dividend payout to shareholders.
