October 25th, 2013 – ChromoTek GmbH has changed its partner in the USA and Canada to Bulldog Bio Inc for its entire line of affinity reagents. Bulldog Bio will now handle all sales and support of their extensive line of novel tools for protein and cell biology. Chromotek’s nanobody-based reagents have opened the door to enhancing research with GFP and RFP fusion proteins, chromatin, cell cycle, and epigenetics analyses. Bulldog Bio will focus its marketing effort to build a North American business with equal penetration as seen in the European market.

“Chromotek’s nanobody-based GFP-Trap, RFP-Trap, GFP-Booster and RFP-Booster affinity reagents have already been referenced more than 400 times in peer-reviewed publications. This is a testament as to the power of Chromotek’s products to make solid contributions to labs who utilize GFP- and RFP-fusion proteins in their research.”, Ella Fontaine further details “It is our goal, not only to provide the existing customers with better prices and faster service, but also spread the message that these reagents can help your research goals immediately.”

The terms of the distribution contract have not been disclosed.
