BTX Release: New Product Release: New Vaccine Development Applications

The BTX Model ECM830 Electroporation Generator was used to transfect in vivo tissues to show active immunization for the treatment of various autoimmune disorders.

This novel technique was found to be a cost-effective and potentially prophylactic method for the treatment of autoimmune disorders.

The wide range of voltages, pulse lengths and multiple pulsing capability of the ECM 830 square wave generator makes it ideal for these applications.

The ECM 830 coupled with BTX specialty electrodes is widely used for a full range of in vivo and in ovo applications while still maintaining its ability to efficiently transfect standard cuvettes and 96 well plates.
