NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) today announced that it has completed the previously announced planned acquisition of Padlock Therapeutics, Inc.

The transaction includes full rights to Padlock’s Protein/Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase inhibitor discovery program focused on the development of potentially transformational treatment approaches for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases.
