Under the terms of the agreement, the product will be manufactured by Oman Pharma, and marketed and distributed by Breckenridge on an exclusive basis in the United States. The ANDA has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the companies began shipping the product at the start of 2011.
