Boston Scientific Corporation Exec's Suspected Killer Arrested In Minnesota

Police track down the man suspected of fatally shooting Boston Scientific executive Kelly Phillips. Minnesota police finally nabbed fugitive Lyle "Ty" Hoffman, the man suspected in the fatal shooting of Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) executive Kelly Phillips. Hoffman was arrested "without incident" in Shakopee, Minn., outside of an Arby's restaurant where locals reported a suspicious man, the Associated Press reported.
