BioVex Files With SEC For $45 Million IPO
WASHINGTON, June 20 (Reuters) - Biotechnology company BioVex Group Inc. on Tuesday filed with regulators for an initial public offering of up to $45 million of common stock. The company said in a preliminary registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Janney Montgomery Scott and Stifel Nicolaus are underwriting the offering.
