Biovail Corporation Scraps Plans For Legacy Products Spinoff
TORONTO, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Biovail Corp. (BVF.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) will not spin off its legacy products into a separate company, opting instead to use the funds for research and development plans, Chief Executive Doug Squires said on Thursday.
