BioUtah today announced that Ivy V. Estabrooke, Ph.D., executive director of the Utah Science Technology & Research Initiative (USTAR), and Val Hale, executive director of the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED), have been appointed to the BioUtah board of directors.
