Biosyntrx Corporation Appoints New CEO

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Biosyntrx, a research-based ophthalmic company providing nutritional supplement products that support optimal eye and body health to the eye-care profession and their patients, today announced that Ellen Troyer, of Colorado Springs, CO, has been promoted from Executive Vice President / Chief Research Officer to Chief Executive Officer.

"Ms. Troyer is exceptionally talented, with the ability to work well with Biosyntrx staff, manufacturers, sales representatives, the ophthalmic and optometric professions, nutrition industry professionals and the investment / business community. David Amess of Colorado Springs, with 18 years experience in banking, finance and business development becomes the new Business Development Planning Director. Akos Feher, MBA, of Los Angeles, CA, General Manager of Corvin Medical, has also joined the Biosyntrx management team as strategic planning consultant. Akos previously served as Business Development / Strategic Planning Director for companies including Insight Diagnostics, Shelby Automobiles, and Mattel Toys.
