BioScience Managers Limited Announces Subscription For Secured Convertible Debentures And Warrants Of Millenium Biologix Inc.

TORONTO, Sept. 13 /CNW/ - BioScience Managers Limited ("BioScience")
reported today that on September 12, 2006, BML Capital I, LLP ("BML Capital"),
a fund managed by BioScience, acquired, by way of a private placement offering
by Millenium Biologix Corporation (the "Corporation"), a secured convertible
debenture (the "Debenture") in the principal amount of $500,000 along with
16,666,666 warrants (the "Warrants") to purchase common shares ("Common
Shares") in the capital of Millenium, all as part of an offering of an
aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000 secured convertible debentures and
33,333,332 common share purchase warrants by the Corporation (the
"Transaction").
