This acquisition is aligned with BioPlast Manufacturing's strategy to offer clients a platform of products that are designed and tested by scientists for scientists and manufactured with the highest quality. 

Kord-Valmark products have a proven track record of producing the highest quality petri dishes in the life sciences marketplace and exceeding customer standards and expectations.
