is newly appointed to the Board of Directors. Ron Del Mauro
has stepped down from the Board for personal reasons. BioNeutral is grateful for Mr. Del Mauro
's hard work and significant contributions while serving with the Company and hopes to continue our relationship with him. In addition to joining the Company as a director, the Company expects that Mr. Lowenthal will be an active member of the Company's Management team.
Mr. Lowenthal was previously, amongst other things, President of Revlon Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
