Biomedical Structures LLC Buys Concordia; Will Increase Engineering Capabilities
MHT -- Rhode Island’s Biomedical Structures LLC has acquired fellow Ocean State medical textile maker Concordia Medical LLC, a business unit of Concordia Manufacturing LLC. The two companies have been working side by side in the same industry, as well as in the same city of Warwick.
