David Chao, a veteran of bioscience research and commercialization, is the new president and CEO of BioMed Valley Discoveries Inc. BioMed Valley Discoveries is a for-profit corporation formed to patent, develop and market discoveries made at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research and other institutions.
