Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corporation Announces Today It Has Entered Into a Licensing Agreement

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp., (PINK SHEETS:BMGP- News) a developer of revolutionary diagnostic systems and technology for HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and malaria detection, and other innovative technologies, today announced the Company has signed an agreement to sell the Company's interest in the Chinese biodegradable plastic to Global Bio Energy Corp.

Biomagnetics entered into an agreement with Global Bio Energy Corp. The terms of the agreement are as follows; a $50,000 non-refundable deposit upon signing, $1,000,000 dollars cash on closing, four quarterly payments of $250,000 dollars and five million shares of common stock in Global Bio Energy Corp.

Mr. Hardman continues, “Our progress with the Chinese programs was delayed by the unexpected death of our point man in China. It then became necessary to build direct personal business relationships. The results of my recent trip show this effort has been successful.”
