BioElectronics Corporation Signs Deal to Enter Japanese Market
Shipments of initial products are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2010 with additional shipments expected throughout the year.

We plan on recognizing part of this order in Q4:09 with the remaining portions and Q1:10 and Q2:10 and to realize additional revenues through the rest of 2010. The realization of a significant portion of this revenue in Q4:09 will allow us to further strengthen our already strong balance sheet.
