FREDERICK, Md., Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BioElectronics Corporation (BIEL), maker of consumer medical electronics, announced today that they have agreed to distribution terms with Red-Medyci, S.A de C.V. to distribute its ActiPatch® Musculoskeletal Pain Relief and Allay Menstrual Pain Relief brands in El Salvador and Guatemala.
