BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:BCRX) today announced that its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results will be released on Tuesday, February 19, 2013. BioCryst will host a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results and to provide an update on the Company’s programs. The call will be led by Jon P.
