Their innovative products and services have created solutions to some of healthcare's most challenging problems, and we are all enthusiastic to work together to take Bio-Optronics to new heights."

The company's former President and CTO, Mike Kamish, will remain in the role of Vice President and CTO. Kamish said, "We are delighted with Dan's commitment to Bio-Optronics. His experience in the field of healthcare technology and his management experience at GE Healthcare, Kodak Health Imaging, and SGS will be a tremendous asset to the future growth of the company."

Later this month, the company will introduce a new corporate logo, product branding scheme and website, emphasizing its focus on innovative healthcare workflow technology.
