BIND Therapeutics Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- BIND Therapeutics, a clinical-stage nanomedicine platform company developing targeted and programmable therapeutics called AccurinsTM, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. All shares of the common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by BIND. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Credit Suisse (USA) LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and JMP Securities LLC are acting as co-managers. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
