Becton, Dickinson and Company to Create 100 New Jobs in Ireland for New R&D Hub
BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is to open a centre of excellence in Limerick in a 21 million euro investment in the national technology park.
The expansion, supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation through Industrial Development Agency (IDA) Ireland, will double the company's workforce in the city.
The new division will initially be focused on product and software development, clinical research instrumentation and prototype development, primarily for the company's life sciences businesses.
