This agreement will enable Bay-Tec to deliver TruBio(TM) solutions to their customers.
The combination of Bay-Tec's twenty-plus years of providing process manufacturing automation solutions and Finesse's rapidly expanding role as a provider of packaged commercial off the shelf control system solutions for the life sciences will provide the industry with the resources they need to achieve the process automation they require.
