Baxter International, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
The Board of Directors of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per Baxter common share. The dividend is payable on January 2, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 5, 2014.
Baxter increased its dividend by six percent earlier this year, bringing the annual dividend rate to $2.08 per diluted share.
