AxoGen, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering Of Common Stock

ALACHUA, FL – February 4, 2015 – AxoGen, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXGN), a leading medical technology company with a unique and innovative portfolio of products used to repair injured peripheral nerves, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences is acting as sole manager for the offering.

AxoGen intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for continued expansion of its sales force, surgeon education program and general corporate purposes.
