Atrion Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ALLEN, TX--(Marketwired - November 14, 2014) - The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRI) today announced its quarterly dividend of 75 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on December 15, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2014.
