FITCHBURG, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 2006--Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc. (the "Company") (AMEX: HRT - News) announced that its Board of Directors approved the payment of a dividend of $0.06 per share to holders of record on June 12, 2006, payable on June 19, 2006. Future dividend declarations by the Board of Directors will depend upon a number of factors, including future operating results, and other investment and acquisition opportunities.
