TORONTO, Aug. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Aroga Technologies Ltd. ("Aroga" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the company is under new ownership. Effective July 30th, 2014, Grove Bennett and Steven Barclay acquired Aroga from its previous owner & President of 28 years, Bob Vigerut.

Aroga is Canada's largest independent distributor of Assistive Technology products and services with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Quebec, Alberta, and Ottawa with additional representation in the Atlantic Provinces; truly a National Company. Our technology helps individuals with various physical, sensory and cognitive issues perform daily tasks they would otherwise be unable to accomplish. Over the years the technology, assistance and training provided by Aroga as an end to end solutions provider has proven to assist individuals, families and businesses in both private and public corporations.

Additionally, Aroga is pleased to announce the signing of a Canadian Master Distribution Agreement with Perkins School for the Blind (Perkins). Perkins is one of the most respected providers of products & services to those with blindness or vision loss.  "I'm thrilled with the new agreement that we have with Perkins, we have long supported each other in our common goals in providing products & services to the blind community.
