Aroga Technologies Updates On Company Ownership & Distribution Agreement
TORONTO, Aug. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Aroga Technologies Ltd. ("Aroga" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the company is under new ownership. Effective July 30th, 2014, Grove Bennett and Steven Barclay acquired Aroga from its previous owner & President of 28 years, Bob Vigerut.
Aroga is Canada's largest independent distributor of Assistive Technology products and services with offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Quebec, Alberta, and Ottawa with additional representation in the Atlantic Provinces; truly a National Company. Additionally, Aroga is pleased to announce the signing of a Canadian Master Distribution Agreement with Perkins School for the Blind (Perkins). Perkins is one of the most respected providers of products & services to those with blindness or vision loss.
