Arcadia Resources Announces Stephen Goldsmith Resigns From Board of Directors to Become Deputy Mayor of New York City

(NYSE Amex: KAD), a leading provider of innovative consumer health care services under the Arcadia HealthCare(SM) brand, today announced Stephen Goldsmith will resign from the Board of Directors to become Deputy Mayor of New York City.
