BRIDGEWATER, NJ--(Marketwire - March 29, 2012) - Aptalis Pharma Inc. today announced that it will seek to enter into a $200 million Senior Secured Incremental Term Loan B credit facility to fund prepayment of its existing $195 million senior unsecured notes. The facility will have a five year term and include customary terms and covenants.
