Patrick Maley, COO for Apnea Sciences' Clinical Division, said, "The fact that both Medicare and private insurers recognize the value of ApneaRx®and are willing to reimburse for it is very positive news for our business."

Dr. Walcott, A Board Certified Sleep Specialist from San Diego said, "CPAP intolerant patients will welcome this news as many have been waiting to see if an oral appliance is an acceptable alternative to their CPAP machines." The American Academy of Sleep Medicine has long supported oral appliance interventional therapy for mild to moderate sleep apnea. The introduction of ApneaRx®will help these patients determine the right therapy for their care.

ApneaRx®is sold by CareFusion and is available by calling 800-582-7458.
