BAUDETTE, Minn., March 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: ANIP) today announced that it intends to offer its common stock in a registered public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Company also intends to grant the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company plans to use the proceeds from the offering to research, develop, commercialize and expand its drug products, to acquire complementary businesses and technologies and for working capital and general corporate purposes. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Roth Capital Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
