VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share, payable September 1, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2015.
