American Scientific Resources Inc. Resources Announces New Distributor Syner-Med Placing Kidz-Med VeraTemp in the United Kingdom and Ireland

(OTCQB: ASFX) ("American Scientific Resources" or the "Company") announces that British-based Syner-Med (Pharmaceutical Products) Ltd. ("Syner-Med") is the Company's new distributor in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland for its non-contact thermometers. Syner-Med placed an initial order for 5,000 non-contact thermometers, comprised of both retail and professional models, of the VeraTemp non-contact thermometer. American Scientific Resources is currently preparing the order for shipment later this month.
