Ambion, Inc. Provides Additional Human Genome-Wide siRNA Libraries

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2005--Ambion, Inc. today announced that the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG) in Dresden, Germany has received final shipment of Ambion's Genome-Wide Human siRNA Library for its research needs. In July of this year, Marino Zerial, Director of the MPI-CBG, and colleagues published a landmark study in the scientific journal Nature analyzing the effects of silencing human kinases on two endocytosis pathways.
