BEDMINSTER, N.J. and DUBLIN, Ireland, July 8, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amarin Corporation plc (Nasdaq:AMRN) ("Amarin" or the "Company") today announced that it is offering to sell 21,700,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") in an underwritten public offering. Amarin has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 3,255,000 ADSs.
